Four Seasons Restaurant Banquet Facilities provides a nautical motif for any special event…including parties, receptions, reunions, business meetings, etc. specializing in intimate gatherings of 80 people or less. We work with you to suit your every need and occasion.

There is a $300.00 deposit required to ensure the rooms’ availability. This amount is then credited to your final bill. It is refundable IF cancellation is received 30 days prior to the event. The final bill is payable upon completion of the event, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex being the only acceptable forms of payment. (Checks are not accepted.)

There is no charge for the room IF the guest count in excess of 35 people. If the actual guest count falls below 35 people, there will be a charge of $100.00 added to the final bill.

The bar may be open, cash or limited to suit your needs. There are many ways to do this and we would be happy to discuss them with you. There is no extra charge for bartenders. No beverages may be brought into the facility, this includes unopened bottles of wine or liquor due to our licensing. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are $2.25.

  • Desserts – You are able to bring in your own cake. We do have individual desserts available. We will provide the dessert plates and serving utensils.
  • Decorations - Are allowed as long as they do not mar the walls or ceiling. We DO NOT allow confetti of any kind. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Table setting – Each table is set with a brass hurricane lamp with a crystal globe. There is an additional charge for tablecloths of $6.00 per table.
  • Additional charges – 6.5% Sales Tax 18%Gratuity

Ten days prior to the event we will finalize menu selections and confirm the number of people attending. The final guest count will be used in figuring the charges for all buffets.

Up to 30 people

  • Limited menu – choice of three entrees (refer to Banquet Menu)

30 people or more – Your choices are:

  1. A. Limited menu – Choice of three entrees from our Banquet Menu
  2. B.  Buffet – $25.95 per person

All buffets include House Salad, Bread and Butter, Chef’s Vegetable and choice of Baby Bakers or Mashed Potatoes. Soft drinks, iced tea and coffee are included.

  • Chicken Alfredo
  • Fried Jack Salmon (lake white fish)
  • Roast Beef in Brown Mushroom Gravy
  • Roasted Pork Loin
  • Grilled Chicken Breasts
  • Atlantic Salmon

Appetizer Buffet – $15.95 per person.

Includes a vegetable / cheese tray and your choice of 3 of the following:

  • Chicken Wings
  • Cheddar Potato Munchers
  • Fried Calamari
  • Bourbon Meatballs
  • Fried Chicken Tenders
  • Vegetable Spring Rolls
  • Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese Curds
  • Jumbo Onion Rings
  • Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp $2.00 per piece
  • Fried Appetizer Sampler (includes cheese sticks, jalapeño poppers, shrimp, mushrooms, onion rings and chicken strips) – add $1.00 per person

You may order the Vegetable / Cheese tray by itself for $4.50 per person to serve during a cocktail hour if you don’t care for appetizers before but would like a light bite to eat.

Gourmet Breaded Shrimp – 16.95

Eight extra – large Gulf shrimp, lightly dusted with Japanese Panko bread crumbs.

Jack Salmon Fish Dinner – 17.95

Two generous portions of lake white fish, hand-breaded in our kitchen and deep-fried.

Island Mahi Mahi – 18.95

A grilled 8 oz. Mahi filet topped with our tropical pineapple, mango, chili sauce.

Atlantic Salmon – 19.95

Broiled Atlantic Salmon topped with Gulf Shrimp, artichokes and basil in a light lemon butter veloute.

Boatyard Seafood Platter – 18.95

Fresh scallops and jumbo shrimp sautéed in a white wine and garlic butter sauce accompanied by our Chef’s choice of fresh grilled shrimp.

Artichoke Parmesan Grouper – 18.95

Florida Grouper broiled and topped with sautéed tomatoes, artichoke hearts, peppers & Parmesan..

Southern Style Barbecue Pork Ribs – 17.95

A half slab of slow cooked ribs with our special home-made BBQ sauce.

Roasted Prime Rib – 20.95

Slow roasted prime rib topped with au jus or char-grilled Old No. 7 style with Jack Daniels sauce.

Applewood Smoked Pork Chop – 15.95

A char-grilled seasoned 8 ounce Frenched cut pork chop.

Grilled Chicken Breasts – 15.95

An 8 ounce grilled boneless, skinless breast served plain, BBQ or teriyaki style

Captain’s Ribeye – 19.95

A hand- cut Choice Ribeye steak, grilled and crowned with our home-made herb butter.

Bistro Medallions – 20.95

Four hand cut fillet medallions of beef tenderloin, pan seared with a brandy peppercorn sauce.
