








Banquet Room
We provide a nautical motif for any special event... Parties, receptions, reunions, business meetings, etc. We work with you to suit your every need and occasion.
We require a $300.00 deposit to hold the room. This amount is then credited to your final bill. (Non-refundable unless cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the event). Final bill is payable upon completion of the event with cash or cash equivalent. (checks are not accepted)
There is a $100.00 room charge for each event. This charge will be waived for any event with over 30 paid guests. If actual guest count falls below 30, there will be a charge of $100.00 added to the final bill.
The bar may be open, cash or limited to suit your needs. There is no extra charge for bartenders. The cost is based upon consumption. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the facility. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are $2.00.
Desserts - You are able to bring in your own cake. We do have individual desserts available. We will provide the dessert plates and serving utensils.
Decorations - Are allowed as long as they do not mar the walls or ceiling.
Please no confetti.
Table setting - Each table is set with a brass hurricane lamp with a crystal globe. There is an additional charge for tablecloths of $5.00 per table.
Additional charges 6.5% Sales Tax 18% Gratuity
Ten days prior to the event we will finalize menu selections and confirm the number of people attending. The final guest count will be used in figuring the charges for all buffets.

30 or more people - Your choices are:
A. Limited menu - Choice of three entrees from our Banquet Menu.
B. Buffet - $24.95 per person
All buffets include House Salad, Bread and Butter, Chef's Vegetable and Choice of Baked or Mashed Potatoes. Soft drinks and coffee are included.
Entrees - Choice of 2 or 3: Broiled Yellowfin Tuna, Fried Jack Salmon, Roast Beef in Brown Mushroom Gravy, Roasted Pork Loin, Grilled Chicken Breasts
Appetizer Buffet - $14.95 per person.
Includes a vegetable - cheese tray and your choice of 3 of the following:
Chicken Wings, Jalapeno Potato Munchers, Fried Mini Mac-&-Cheese Bites, Bourbon Meatballs, Fried Chicken Tenders, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Jumbo Onion Rings, Fried Asiago Olives, Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp $2.00 per piece
You can order the Vegetable - Cheese tray by itself for $4.50 per person to serve during a cocktail hour.

A Charg-grilled Mahi fillet, topped with a sauted of diced tomatoes and red onions in a Hawaiian glaze.

Jumbo fried shrimp, fried scallops and a piece of our famous fried Jack Salmon.
Artichoke Parmesan Grouper - 18.95
Florida Grouper broiled and topped with sauteed tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mixed peppers and Parmesan cheese.
Seared Salmon - 18.95
A large boneless pan-seared fillet with warm Asian slaw and a Mandarin orange ginger sauce.

A wonderful fish fillet from Down Under, pan-seared and topped with a light mango infused sauce.

A char-grilled seasoned 8 ounce frenched cut pork chop.

An 8 ounce char-grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast served plain, BBQ or teriyaki style.

A tender juicy rotisserie style half chicken seasoned in our special marinade.
Captain's Sirloin - 19.95
A 10 ounce certified Angus Beef flat iron steak, char-grilled & topped with herb butter.
Bistro Medallions - 20.95
Four hand cut filet medallions pan-seared with a brandy peppercorn sauce.
